It is my passion to help and serve! I thoroughly enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with you. I help construction and design industry professionals like you, through sharing the tools, practices, and processes to streamline your business process and better manage your clients and the details of your projects.
I mentor Interior Designers from around the world, helping you become more organized, happy and productive. I mentor designers on their systems, taking them from where they are at to where they want to grow to, with their business. My personal coaching program helps you to show up as your best unique self and gain a deep sense of clarity, courage and commitment.
My career includes over 30+ years experience in Interior Design, renovations, new construction and project management. I am now turning my passion to helping you as an Interior Designer, so you can find more joy in your work, save time and frustration, and be more appreciated by your clients and builders.

I feel so blessed to have Charmaine Lang as my coach, I enrolled into both the Interior Design / Build toolkit package and later, High Performance Coaching sessions.
